Privacy policy
AfterBCom ("we") is operated by [legal name], Bengaluru, Karnataka. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect: when you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address. You give us your mobile number, qualification, work experience and (optionally) city. We also keep your test and simulator results, certificates and webinar registrations. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store card details.
Why: to run your account, show and save your results, issue certificates, register you for webinars, and send updates on WhatsApp only if you tick the box to agree. We do not sell your data.
Where it's stored: on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), a service provider that processes it for us.
Certificates: each certificate has a link and ID that shows your name, the test, score and date to anyone you share it with, so employers can verify it.
Your choices: you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to [email]. You can stop WhatsApp updates at any time by telling us.
Retention: we keep account data while your account is active and for up to [period] after, unless the law requires longer.

Accounts and paid access are personal and non-transferable. Sharing logins, questions, explanations, recordings or files is not allowed. Certificates confirm the score achieved in an AfterBCom test or simulator; they are not a government or university qualification.
We don't guarantee jobs, placements or income.
Refund and cancellation policy
Paid tests: full refund within [7 days] of purchase if you have not viewed the explanations of any test.
Recorded courses: full refund within [7 days] of purchase if you have watched less than [10%] of the course.
Digital downloads and templates: not refundable once downloaded.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within [5 to 7] working days of approval. To request one, write to [email] with your payment ID.
